All UK delivery charges are automatically calculated by our system based on your full delivery address (including postcode and location) at checkout. This ensures you only pay the exact cost of delivery to your area, whether you are in urban centres or more remote parts of the UK. The cost you see on the order review page is the final delivery price for your specific location.

所有英国境内运费均由系统根据您的完整收货地址（含邮编及所在地区）在结算时自动计算。这确保您只需支付对应地区的实际运费，无论您位于城市中心还是英国偏远地区。订单确认页面显示的运费即为您所在地址的最终配送价格。

Delivery Times & Services
配送时间与服务

Standard Delivery: Typically 3–5 working days from dispatch (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
标准配送：自发货起通常需要3–5个工作日（周一至周五，不含公共假期）。

Next Working Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Thursday) to most UK mainland addresses. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
次日达服务：周一至周四下午2点前下单，英国大陆大部分地址可享次日达服务。在此时间后、周末或公共假期下单的订单，将顺延至下一个工作日发货。

Remote Areas: Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and other UK offshore islands may take 1–3 extra working days due to courier service limitations. While we aim to keep costs as low as possible, some remote locations may incur a small additional delivery surcharge, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
偏远地区说明：苏格兰高地、北爱尔兰、怀特岛、马恩岛及其他英国离岸岛屿，受快递服务限制，配送可能额外需要1–3个工作日。部分偏远地区可能会产生少量附加运费，该费用将在结算页面清晰显示，您可确认后再完成支付。

UK Bank Holiday Policy
英国公共假期政策

Orders placed on UK bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Please note that courier services do not operate on bank holidays, so delivery timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
在英国公共假期下单的订单，将顺延至下一个工作日处理并发货。请注意，快递公司在公共假期不运营，因此配送时效会相应调整。

Order Tracking & Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
订单从仓库发出后，您将收到一封包含专属追踪单号的邮件，可通过链接实时查看配送状态。

Please ensure your contact details (email and phone number) are up to date at checkout, so the courier can contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.

Returns & Redelivery
退货与二次配送

If you are not available to receive your order, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with collection instructions.
若您无法签收包裹，快递员通常会尝试二次配送或留下取件通知。

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply, based on the new delivery cost).
若因地址错误或多次配送失败导致包裹退回我们仓库，我们会联系您安排二次配送（根据新地址的配送费用，可能会产生额外运费）。
